Photos in The Houston Chronicle

A few months after I first started taking photos, I was contacted by Sam Gonzalez Kelly of the Houston Chronicle about a story he was doing on Houston's underground scene. He originally wanted to talk to me about the scene in general, but he liked my photos so much that they ended up as part of the article! This was a huge moment for me and the scene as well. Very proud of all of us, our growth, and the community that has been fostered here in Houston. Having the spotlight on that felt so special and I'm happy I was able to contribute <3
